Part 1. Machine specifications：
1. 3.2m folding and rewinding machine sizes: about 7.00*3.80*3.70m(L*W*H).
а. The maximum width of the material is 3.2m.
b. Folding machine can convert material with the density of 18-120gsm
c. The maximum diameter of raw material roll is 1000mm
d. The inner tube’s diameter of the raw material is 76mm
2. It process: spun bonded nonwoven fabrics，spunlace nonwoven etc.
3. Production process: 1. automatic feeding material 2. folding the material into half 3. folding material into half again. 4. the folded fabrics re-winded according to the cutting length you set 5. finished
4. Producing speed: about 80-90m/min. The tension can be adjusted according to different weight of nonwoven fabrics. The machine speed depends on the actual situation.
5. Equipped with magnetic powder tension controller; the half folding devices use Chinese good quality stainless steel.
6. Equipped with meter counting device and the side correction device by manual. The rewinding material length range from 35-200m.
7. For the rewinding part, products with paper core and without paper core are both possible on the machine. Paper core range from 40mm-76mm.
8. Use transducer to adjust the speed of the running. Total power is about 9.5kw, 380V. The electronic parts are from Xinje, and PLC and touchscreen are from Xinje.
9. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is fixed strongly.
10. All the standard screws use good 45# and inner hexagon screws.
11. Supplying long-term technique instructing according to different weight of fabrics.
12. According to customer’s request, the machine equips with ONE more material feeding device for 1600mm material in width. It has automatic material feeding function by air.
