2. The machine is equipped with a synchronous conveying device and a magnetic powder tension controller to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the folded finished product.
3. Producing speed: about 50–80m/min. The tension can be adjusted according to different weight of nonwoven fabrics and PE.
4. The folding devices use Chinese good quality stainless steel.
5. Use servo driven system to adjust the speed of the running. Total power is about 8kw, 380V. The electronic parts are from Xinje, and PLC and touchscreen are from Xinje.
6. The equipment is equipped with our innovative multifunctional special-shaped folder, which can convert more product folding modes and is convenient to adjust.
7. The equipment adopts a servo-controlled slider type horizontal fork knife, which can be folded horizontally up to 3 times.
8. The equipment adopts servo-controlled imported cutting tools for cutting.
9. The equipment adopts four-servo combined with PLC programming controller and microcomputer display screen to control production, all production parameters are clear at a glance and easy to operate.
10. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is fixed strongly.
11. All the standard screws use good 45# and inner hexagon screws.
