DESCRIPTION
Part1. Processing information:
Jumbo roll feeding — edge position control — tension controlling — printing — drying — changing the material to horizontal — 1/2 folding — tension controlling — neck hole cutting and corner cutting and cutting off — adhesive tape adding — 1/2 folding — 1/3 folding — 1/3 folding — stacking-push out.
Part 2. Machine Specification:
1. Machine effective width on the unwinding part is 500mm.
2. Equipped with automatic correction device (EPC) on the unwinding part to make
sure of the folding precision.
3. Equipped with servo printing system to control the quality of the printing
effect.(One color printing)
4. Equipped with one set of drying system to make the printing dry soon.
5. Equipped with one set of triangle board folding device to make the printed fabric
to be folded in half on the width of fabric. (It can be adjusted by manual easily.)
6. Equipped with neck hole cutting and corner cutting and cutting off mold on the roller.
7. Equipped with one set of adhesive tape device to make tape stuck on the
product according to the requirement.
8. Equipped with the vacuum pump to suck away the the waste angle fabric.
9. Equipped with fabric length folding system controlled by servo driven system,
after 3 times folding, the sizes of folded fabrics are what customer needs.
10. Equipped with the stacking system which has number counting function.
11. Outputting the finished folded products on the conveyor belt.
12. The difference of the folded fabrics is ±5mm.
