1. Non Woven Soft Towel Rewinding Machine is further improved on our first generation of Non-woven folding machine; it is equipped with infrared dual-count, raw material conveyor belt, and multi-functional folding board.
2. The effective width of the raw material of ≤ 350 mm, maximum diameter of 1000 mm.
3. Equipped with a fabric guide device, and two adjustable tension controlling device, and adjustable error uniformity;
4. With a specially designed rewinding device with pressure compaction which makes winding uniformity and tidy.
5. The finished product maximum diameter is 300mm.The perforation distance is from10cm-50cm, the real spiral perforating effect which is light and smooth. With perforated pitch set gear-type continuously variable transmission, do not change gears automatically to adjust the line from the length.
6. The machine use antirust spray paint, the main parts of the machine is made of stainless steel.
